Return Eligibility
In accordance with the Loi sur la protection du consommateur in Quebec, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- The return request is made within 10 days of receiving the item.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, including the original packaging, protective pouch, cleaning cloth, and authenticity card.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and exclusivity reasons, worn sunglasses or those with visible wear and tear cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
- Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the product was defective or incorrect upon delivery.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at feuxdelarampe.contact@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will cover all return shipping costs and offer a full refund or replacement.
Shipping Returns
To return a product, please email us first to receive return authorization and instructions. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product was defective or a fulfillment error occurred.
Legal Note
Under Quebec law, online buyers are protected by provisions on distance contracts, including the right to cancel a purchase within 7 days of receiving the product if not satisfied (certain conditions apply). This policy respects these provisions and may go beyond them to provide enhanced customer service.
