3. International Orders
Feux De La Rampe ships worldwide. Please note:
- Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are not included in the product or shipping price and may be charged upon delivery.
- The customer is responsible for any such additional fees.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided via email. You may track your package at any time using the carrier’s website.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
Feux De La Rampe is not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
If your order appears to be lost or misdelivered, please contact us and we’ll assist you in initiating an investigation with the carrier.
